Eric Ventura Aglia

I'm honored to have been selected in 2011 as a Zumba Jammers (ZJs), an instructor authorized to specialize in Zumba choreography. I am co owner of Cottonwood Dance & Fitness. My wife and i are the first husband and wife team teachers in Northern AZ. I teach all styles of dance from Breakdancing to Ballet to over thousands of students all over the country. Most recently I recieved a sponsorship by iFrogz headphone company.I can be seen in the Micheal Jackson movie "This Is It". I am a choreographer, director, and dancer. I've had the pleasure of working with such names as Carmen Electra, Teresa Espinoza, Tabitha Dumo, Nick Lazzarini, Jamie King, and 49er Goldrush Cheerleaders to name a few, and such companies as HP, Sony, Sanyo, Hummer, and Nike. I am currently signed on with MSA Talent Agency in LA. I'm also honored to be one of the 14 Zumba Jammers performing at the 2012 International Zumba Fitness Instructors Convention.

ZIN JAM™ Session &  Zumba® Jammer (ZJ) 

The ZIN Jam™ program consists of ZIN Jam sessions led by a licensed Zumba® Jammer (ZJ) for the purpose of providing ZIN™ Members with new choreography routines to integrate into their Zumba classes. A ZIN Member-only benefit, the ZIN Jam program is the officially authorized program, sanctioned by Zumba Fitness, LLC for all choreography jams and sessions related to the Zumba program.  A ZIN Jam session, led by a licensed Zumba Jammer, allows ZIN Members to learn several new choreography routines and network with local ZIN Members. A maximum of 30 ZIN Members per session allows for one-on-one interaction and personal feedback.

• Expert feedback and one-on-one interaction
• Opportunity to enhance steps, skills and techniques


A Zumba Jammer (ZJ) is a ZIN Member who specializes in Zumba choreography and has been officially selected and licensed by Zumba Fitness, LLC to host ZIN Jam sessions. Only licensed Zumba Jammers may lead a ZIN Jam session.
